Airbnb saw a 10% increase in revenue for the third quarter, reaching $3.73 billion, meeting expectations. It earned $1.37 billion, or $2.13 per share. The company is seeing a strong demand in this quarter.
Gross bookings also grew by 10%, totaling $20.1 billion, driven by more nights and experiences booked.
While bookings in North America started slow, they improved as the quarter went on.
Growth was strongest in Asia-Pacific and Latin America, with bookings up 19% and 15%, respectively.
Airbnb expects revenue to grow 8% to 10% in the fourth quarter, with a forecast between $2.39 billion and $2.44 billion.
