Smart health ring maker Oura is set to launch its initial public offering on Tuesday, selling 50 million shares reportedly priced between $40 and $44 each to raise up to $2.2 billion.
The shares are set to trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol OURA and could value the company at $14.1 billion, making it one of this year’s largest IPOs.
Investors have responded strongly, with orders oversubscribing available shares by about four times, reports Bloomberg.
Major financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase, are leading the offering.
Oura Rings cost between $350 and $500, along with a $6 monthly subscription. The health tech company says it has sold 3.6 million rings between mid-2025 and mid-2026.
The sensor-implanted ring has a huge customer base, including celebrities and athletes like Coco Gauff and Lady Gaga.
