A flood watch remains in effect for Los Angeles County, and roads like the Pacific Coast Highway near Topanga Canyon have been closed due to mudflows.
Wildfires, including the Palisades Fire (90% contained) and Eaton Fire (98% contained), have devastated over 16,000 structures and claimed 28 lives since January 7.
