Bruce Springsteen fans outraged over Ticketmaster's ‘dynamic pricing’

Bruce Springsteen’s fans are furious. Entertainment company Ticketmaster’s “dynamic pricing” strategy has some tickets reaching over $4,000 a seat to see the legendary musician in concert.

Ticketmaster said that a large majority of tickets were under $200, but only about 12% came in the dynamic pricing bracket that changes the price of a seat according to demand.

Only 1.3% of the users paid over $1000 a ticket, and the remaining 88.2% didn’t get affected by the dynamic strategy, Ticketmaster said.
