The Kentucky Attorney General’s Office has sued Roblox, the gaming platform popular among children, alleging it allows underage users to access violent and sexual content, including simulations of activist Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

AG Russell Coleman called it a “playground for predators.”

The 68-page complaint says that Roblox allowed predators to use its in-game currency, Robux, to lure minors.

Roblox rejected the claims as sensationalized and outdated and added that it welcomes online safety discussions with the AG’s office.

The lawsuit follows growing nationwide scrutiny for Roblox.

States like Louisiana, Florida and Oklahoma have also taken legal action or launched investigations into allegedly exposing children to harmful and exploitative content.
