Cannabis stocks jumped after reports that President Donald Trump plans to reclassify marijuana.
According to media outlets, an executive order could move cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III, easing federal restrictions, boosting research access, and opening the door to more investment, though it would not legalize marijuana.
