Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas officially disclosed yesterday that he accepted several luxury trips to an Indonesian island in 2019 paid for by conservative billionaire Harlan Crow.

The trips were earlier revealed by ProPublica, but Justice Thomas had not included them in his financial disclosure statement. It is the first time he admitted to the travels, amending the statement.

Financial disclosures are released yearly. They provide some details of the justices’ lives to the public.
