Activision Blizzard is providing full-time employment with benefits to its 1,100 temp workers—starting July 1—and is even bumping up their pay to $20 per hour.

The move comes after Raven Software employees went on strike in December over QA testers’ job cut announcement.

However, Raven testers—known for their work on Call of Duty—will not be receiving raises.
