As Russia focuses its efforts on the Donbas region in eastern Ukraine, Britain’s Prime Minister Boris Johnson made a surprise visit to Kyiv—over the weekend—to pledge Britain’s unwavering support.
The Prime Minister pledged Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky, additional support from Britain in the form of arms and financial aid for Ukraine to have a strong astance against Russia.

The British government would provide Ukraine with 120 armored vehicles and new anti-ship missile systems.
Prime Minister Johnson assured that more punishable sanctions will be imposed on Russia.
