The crypto industry ruled the Super Bowl advertisement segment, spending thousands of dollars on famous stars to appear in their ads—one even featured basketball celebrity, Lebron James.
However, two months later, the crypto market’s buying and selling numbers declined—mainly due to two factors, increasing rates of interest and the Russia-Ukraine war.
Costs of buying and selling have gone down as well. Bitcoin fell from $69,000 in November to $33,000 in January. Since then, the cryptocurrencies have ranged between $36,000 and $47,000 after the Super Bowl.
