Minister Habeck noted that the US and European Commission are working on a proposal to establish global oil costs.
Russia and China
With the US and the Western countries isolating Russia due to its invasion of Ukraine, the Kremlin would start to enhance its economic ties with China.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said, “Now that the West has taken a 'dictator’s position', our economic ties with China will grow even faster.”
Ukraine military losses
As Ukraine faces heavy losses from the raging war against Russia, President Zelensky Monday said Russian troops attacked a barracks in the north, killing 87 people last week—the worst military loss yet.
