After a canceled 2020 and delayed 2021 Met Gala, the Costume Institute benefit returns on the first Monday in May.
The theme this year is a continuation of last year's two-part exhibition on American fashion titled ‘In America: An Anthology of Fashion’.
Actress Regina King, power couple Blake Lively and Ryan Renolds, and Lin-Manuel Miranda are rumored to be the hosts this year.
Designer Tom Ford, Instagram's Adam Mosseri, and Anna Wintour will be the honorary co-chairs.

The confirmed and expected list of attendees include the reality stars Kardashian Jenner family, musicians Megan Thee Stallion, Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, and Taylor Swift, and currently pregnant Rihanna.
The guest list also includes actresses Kristen Stewart, Sydney Sweeney, Zendaya and newly engaged Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck.
