Johnny Depp won the defamation suit against his former wife Amber Heard Wednesday after a jury found that she defamed Depp in her 2018 Washington Post Op-Ed, and acted with actual malice.
The jury awarded Depp $15 million in damages, but the judge reduced it to $10.35 million.
But, Heard had countersued Depp for defamation for $100 million. The jury found that Depp also defamed Heard and awarded her $2 million in compensatory damages.
