NATO has accused Russia of boosting its military presence on the Ukrainian border. The news comes just one day after Moscow claimed to have begun removing military personnel from the region. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said that "it appears as though Russia is continuing its military buildup" along the border. On Wednesday, the Russian government had published video footage that allegedly showed troops withdrawing to their permanent postings following drills.
