New York judge confirms congressional map|Ttarasiuk|CC BY 2.0

A New York court released the final maps for the state’s 26 congressional and 63 state Senate districts, making the congressional candidates struggle to figure out the districts they intend to run for during election time.

Judge Patrick McAllister released the new maps with a few changes to the earlier draft that seemed favorable to the Democrats.

Democrats now hold 19 of New York’s 27 seats—the party will now face highly competitive primaries than the little competition it witnessed previously.
