The White House was full of laughter on Tuesday when former President Barack Obama visited (Vice-) President Joe Biden to encourage Obamacare—his signature healthcare law.

The visit marked Obama's first visit since his departure from the White House in 2017. The former president earned a hearty laugh from the assembled Congress members by jokingly referring to Biden as “Vice-President.”

The announcement of a new regulation
Obama joined President Biden to announce a new policy for Obamacare, that would effectively solve the ‘family glitch’ the law has been facing. The regulation would allow the relatives of people with health insurance through their employer to buy insurance on the Obamacare marketplaces—saving hundreds of dollars for thousands of families in the country.

Following the announcement, President Biden signed an executive order for the Affordable Care Act.
