On the second anniversary of George Floyd’s death, President Joe Biden plans to sign an executive order to reform policing. The order will be directed to all federal agencies and revise the use-of-force policies.

The order
According to the order, the White House will create a database to track any misconduct done by an officer. It will also restrict the involvement of the local police department.

A ban will be placed on chokeholds and neck restraints unless deadly force is necessary. It also limits the situations to utilize the no-knock entry.

Floyd’s family will join President Biden in the White House during a signing ceremony at 4 pm Wednesday.
