One student died, and another was severely injured, after a shooting outside a school in Richfield, Minnesota. According to the Richfield Police Department, two people are in custody connected to the shooting, and the investigation is still underway.
The authorities did not share any identity about the students or the suspects. After the incident, the South Education Center and nearby schools immediately went into lockdown.
