Buckingham Palace released a statement on Sunday that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has tested positive for COVID-19 with “mild cold-like symptoms” and will continue to receive medical attention throughout her recovery. The monarch will undertake ”light duties,” at Windsor Castle over the coming weeks. Messages and well-wishes flooded the Internet, including those from Prime Minister Boris Johnson and leader of the Opposition Sir Keir Starmer, wishing Her Majesty a swift recovery.
