Actor Sally Kellerman, most remembered for her titular role in the film M*A*S*H, died of heart failure at the age of 84. According to a statement released by her manager and publicist Alan Eichler, Kellerman passed away at her Woodland Hills residence on Thursday morning. The actress had achieved international acclaim for her portrayal of Margaret "Hot Lips" Houlihan in director Robert Altman's M*A*S*H movie. Kellerman was nominated for an Academy Award and had won a Golden Globe in the Best Supporting Actress category.
