A New York district attorney said on Monday that the former New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo, is free of criminal charges related to sexual harassment claims.

Virginia Limmiatis, an energy company employee, had filed a claim against Cuomo alleging he placed his fingers over her chest during an event in Oswego County in 2017. It is the fifth and final charge to be dropped against Cuomo as there is no sufficient legal evidence for charges.

Along with criminal allegations, Cuomo was charged with civil claims that led to allegations among other legal issues.
