Stock futures fell overnight on Thursday after the invasion of Ukraine by Russian military forces.

Stock futures on the Dow Jones Industrial Average went down 120 points, while S&P 500 and NASDAQ 100 futures fell by 0.4% and 0.5%, respectively. LPL Financial Chief Market Strategist Ryan Detrick went on record with CNBC, saying that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has added to an already tense year and that investors were “selling first and asking questions later”.
