Big and small firms alike appear to have no choice but to embrace a hybrid work culture in the near future. A recent Pew Research Center report reveals that companies that cannot afford to offer work-from-home or hybrid culture are faced with increased attrition that is forcing employers to offer a higher payscale to maintain their workforce and turnover balance. The list of firms looking to adopt a hybrid work culture now includes industry giant Microsoft, while JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, and Standard Chartered have already welcomed the change.

It must be noted that work from home preferences due to personal choices increased from 60 percent in October 2020 to 76 percent in January 2022.
