The UK said it will send multiple-launch rocket systems to Ukraine that can strike targets up to 50 miles away.
The military aid comes despite Putin’s warning to strike new targets if the West continued providing long-range missiles to Zelensky.
According to Reuters, Defense Secretary Ben Wallace said in a statement, “These highly capable multiple-launch rocket systems will enable our Ukrainian friends to better protect themselves against the brutal use of long-range artillery, which Putin’s forces have used indiscriminately to flatten cities.”
Russia strikes Kyiv, aiming at Western military aid
Russian troops Sunday turned their attention back to Ukraine's capital Kyiv, with missiles destroying tanks sent from other countries.
The Russian Defense Ministry said via the Telegram app that the attack on the outskirts of Kyiv destroyed T-72 tanks supplied by the Eastern European countries and other armored vehicles.
