
Five years after Microsoft disabled the feature, Xbox users now have the option to stream their gameplay to Twitch directly from within the device dashboard. In a recent blog post, Xbox announced the impending return of Twitch integration, stating that broadcasting Xbox games would now become easier than ever. Players merely need to click the Xbox home button, navigate to the "Capture and Share" page, choose "Live Streaming," and with one more button press, they'll be streaming live on Twitch. Microsoft had withdrawn Twitch connectivity from their then flagship console, the Xbox One, in 2017 to promote its own streaming network, Mixer, which was later shut down in 2020 due to lack of a viable user base.
