Flowcarbon introduces Flow3rs, the latest Web3 effort to save the environment|Deviant Art|via Giphy
Flowcarbon launched Flow3rs, a collection of NFT art, as a recent Web3 effort to save the environment as most of the proceeds will be used to buy carbon credits.
The climate technology company’s project features over 200 unique art pieces in the net carbon-negative project. Flow3rs is an effort by Flowcarbon to enhance the financing for climate change and its impact.
Although the project serves to save Earth by retiring carbon credits, critics say taking these assets off the platform can leave a carbon footprint; it is also easier to trade or flip these credits.
The climate tech company was cofounded by WeWork’s Adam Neumann in 2021.
