Donald Trump accepted his party’s nomination for the third time at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, stressing the need for unity and healing divisions.

In his 90+ minute speech at the closing of the convention, Trump recounted his near-death experience on Saturday at a rally. He also criticized ongoing court cases and repeated false claims about the 2020 election.

Trump attacked President Joe Biden and blamed him for the rising grocery and gasoline prices and high mortgage rates while overstating his achievements, including building the border wall and stopping North Korean missile launches.

His speech touched on immigration, crime and culture wars, but abortion was notably absent.

The event featured performances by Kid Rock and Hulk Hogan and an appearance by Tucker Carlson.
