The US swimming trials for the Paris Olympics are set to begin today. Anticipating huge crowds that could shatter attendance records, the trials are being held inside an NFL stadium for the first time ever.

Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis has been transformed into the largest natatorium ever to host the US Olympic team trials for swimming.

The nine-day event will see over 1,000 athletes compete. USA Swimming anticipates 16,000 people will attend the opening meet.
