Slovenian cyclist Tadej Pogacar won the Tour de France for a third time on Sunday, finishing 1:03 ahead and defeating defending two-time champion Jonas Vingegaard of Denmark.

The 25-year-old also became the first to secure the Giro d’Italia and Tour de France titles in the same year since Marco Pantani in 1998.
