Ikea is hiring 10 real people to work in its virtual store inside the video game Roblox.

The Swedish furniture retailer is launching its The Co-Worker Game on June 24 and wants people who can manage the store, decorate it, sell items to players in the Roblox universe, and even serve the famed Swedish meatballs virtually.

These employees working in the virtual store will get the same salary, around $16.48 an hour, and promotions as its physical store workers, says the company.

Apart from those hired, any Roblox player can work at the Ikea store for fun. The home goods shop looks at the gaming opportunity in improving its job applications since people get a glimpse of what it is like to work for Ikea.

Over the past couple of years, other brands like Forever 21 and Chipotle also had their virtual Roblox stores, but Ikea is the first brand to launch paid work on the game, says Ikea’s UK and Ireland culture manager Darren Taylor.

But here’s the catch
Applicants must live in London, be at least 18 years old, and apply by June 16.
