Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase, received $39 million in 2024, an 8% increase from 2023, marking his highest annual pay, excluding bonuses, since taking the helm in 2006.

The package includes a $1.5 million salary and $37.5 million in cash and performance-based stock.

Under Dimon’s leadership, JPMorgan reported $60 billion in net income for 2024, a record high.

Its stock trades at all-time highs despite executives downplaying its value. Dimon, 68, plans to retire by 2029 after nearly 20 years as CEO.

His compensation aligns with his peers, such as Goldman Sachs’ CEO, who earned $39 million last year.

Not just bankers
Disney CEO Bob Iger earned $41.1 million in 2024, a 30% increase from 2023.

His compensation included $18.3 million in stock awards, $12 million in options, $7.2 million in bonuses and $1 million as base salary.
