The Biden administration released a lengthy report to Congress on Friday in which it acknowledged that Israel’s use of US-provided weapons in Gaza likely breached international humanitarian law.

While the report did mention it couldn’t definitively link specific weapons to individual Gaza attacks due to wartime conditions, the comments are viewed as the strongest criticism of Israel to date.

However, the findings don’t trigger an immediate cutoff of arms to Israel.

Meanwhile, in Gaza, around 110,000 people have fled Rafah as Israeli bombardment intensifies, according to the UN agency for Palestinian refugees.
