Mike Jeffries, the former CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F), his partner Matthew Smith and an associate were arrested Tuesday on charges of running an international sex ring and prostitution business between 2008 and 2015.

Each of the accused faces a single count of sex trafficking, as well as 15 counts of interstate prostitution connected to 15 alleged victims.

Jeffries led A&F from 1992 to 2014. He was released yesterday on a $10 million bond. The case is ongoing, and many witnesses are expected to testify.

The development follows a lawsuit filed against A&F nearly a year ago, alleging the brand turned a blind eye to sex trafficking and sexual abuse Jeffries committed during his 22-year tenure.
