Baby formula production restarts at Abbott’s reopened Michigan plant

Abbott Nutrition said on Saturday that it started producing formula at its manufacturing facility in Sturgis, Michigan. The plant that closed in February due to potential contamination led to an extreme formula shortage in the country. The company expects that parents can get Abbott's specialty formula EleCare by around June 20.
