Trump-Linked Digital World’s Shares Surge Post Truth Social Launch

Former President Donald Trump-linked Digital World Acquisition’s (DWAC.O) shares rose about 14% to $96.36—levels last seen in October— after the launch of Truth Social.

Digital World is the giant behind the app that topped downloads on the Apple App Store after its Sunday launch.

The research firm Apptopia confirmed Truth Social was downloaded 170,000 times, beating past popular platforms like TikTok, YouTube and HBO Max.
