Two US Justice Department officials—Jeffrey Rosen and Richard Donoghue have likely assisted their former colleague Jeffrey Clark to overturn Trump’s 2020 election defeat.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel, the body investigating Clark for misconduct, has the authority to take charges for any unethical practice.

The office is investigating Clark under violation of ethics when the Former Acting Assistant Attorney General pressured Rosen and Donoghue to send a letter containing false statements to lawmakers in Georgia. Clark further presses the two to send a similar letter to other states.

The results of the investigation will be made public only if the Office of Disciplinary Counsel decides to take disciplinary action. This investigation would complicate Jeffrey Clark’s career, both as a private and government attorney.
