Billionaire Elon Musk visited the Pentagon on Friday and met with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

The meeting lasted 80 minutes. It followed The New York Times report claiming Musk would be briefed on secret theoretical war plans with China. Such information could help Musk’s businesses that operate in China. He also handles defense contracts for the government.

However, officials denied the claim, saying the meeting focused on government efficiency. President Trump, Hegseth and Musk insisted that China will not be discussed at all.

However, later, Trump changed his wording and said that Musk would not be shown secret China war plans.
