Alphabet is reportedly close to acquiring cybersecurity startup Wiz for $23 billion, which would be Google parent’s largest deal in the company’s history, Wall Street Journal reported.

The deal comes amid severe antitrust scrutiny of Big Tech.

Wiz offers cybersecurity software for cloud computing, a growing business that Alphabet is trying to be a part of. Wiz raised $1 billion earlier this year at a $12 billion valuation. It is one of the few non-AI startups to raise significant investment at a higher valuation this year.
