Tony Robbins and hospitality veteran Sam Nazarian are launching the Estate, a luxury hotel and wellness chain focused on preventive medicine and longevity.
Targeting the $5.6 trillion global wellness market, the Estate blends high-end hospitality with advanced health diagnostics, aiming to compete with brands like Six Senses and the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort.
It isn’t just a spa retreat. The chain’s health technology features include full-body MRIs, CT scans, neurocognitive testing and AI-powered epigenetic screenings, helping guests detect serious health risks with five-star luxury.
Global expansion and big names behind it
Backed by investors including singer Marc Anthony, the Estate plans to open 15 luxury hotels and 10 longevity centers by 2030, starting in St. Kitts, Britain, Italy and Switzerland by 2026.
A flagship longevity center in Los Angeles will open in 2025. Memberships will cost $35,000 annually, and hotel rooms will cost around $1,000 per night.
