Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang announced major AI advancements at the GPU Technology Conference (GTC) yesterday. He introduced new and faster chips and a partnership with General Motors to develop AI-powered self-driving cars.

GM’s stock rose slightly on the news but remained down nearly 1%.

Meanwhile, Nvidia’s stock fell over 2%, continuing its decline due to economic concerns and AI infrastructure costs. 

The chipmaker plans to build AI systems for GM’s autonomous vehicles.
