Sean “Diddy” Combs was indicted yesterday and accused of running a criminal enterprise that engaged in sex trafficking, racketeering, kidnapping, bribery, and other charges following his arrest on Monday.

The 14-page indictment details how Diddy allegedly used drugs and coercion to control his victims.

The rapper was denied bail after he pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Prosecutors allege that the rapper led a criminal network and violently coerced women to engage in sex acts he called “freak offs,” which were also recorded and used as “collateral.”

The defense argues the charges stem from a consensual relationship and plans to appeal the bail decision.
