The Quinn app attracts over five million monthly visits and earns $12 million annually; 77% of its subscribers are females
This app is collaborating with celebrities like Andrew Scott and Jesse Williams to narrate sex stories.
Caroline Spiegel, sister of Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel, has raised over $10 million for Quinn, her audio erotica app for Gen Z women.
The platform attracts over five million monthly visits and earns $12 million annually; 77% of its subscribers are females. It releases 50 new audio stories weekly, performed by professional and amateur actors.
Quinn is expanding into celebrity-narrated erotica. The company also plans to spend seven figures on celebrity content in 2025 and will launch a new star-studded story in March. CEO Spiegel also aims to secure more funding later this year.
The app competes with Femtasy and Dipsea in the audio erotica market.
Quinn and several other audio and novel publishing platforms are redefining erotica by mixing Hollywood talent with immersive storytelling.
Spiegel isn’t the only famous sister of a tech CEO creating women-centric apps. Elon Musk’s sister, Tosca Musk, started the romance-focused OTT platform Passionflix in 2017.
